1. Introduction
Welcome to the Gymker studio management system ("Service"). This Agreement is a legal contract between you and the Gymker operator ("we", "us") regarding your use of the Service. Please read all terms carefully before registering or using the Service.
2. Service Scope
Gymker is an all-in-one SaaS management system for fitness studios, including member management, scheduling, bookings, order analytics, and marketing tools. We continuously improve the Service and may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 You must provide accurate, truthful personal information when registering.
3.2 You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure. All activity performed through your account is treated as your own, and you bear the associated legal consequences.
4. Code of Conduct
You may not, while using the Service:
- Violate national laws or regulations, or publish or transmit harmful content;
- Maliciously interfere with the Service or attempt to intrude into the database;
- Use another user's account information without authorization;
- Use the Service for illegal commercial activity.
5. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you should read and accept the Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, technology, interface design, logos, and other intellectual property contained in the Service belong to the Gymker operator or its licensors. No individual or organization may reproduce or modify them without authorization.
7. Disclaimer
7.1 We are exempt from liability, to the extent permitted by law, for service interruption or loss caused by force majeure, technical faults, or network issues.
7.2 You are responsible for your own safety during workouts. Accidents caused by improper actions or pre-existing health conditions are your own responsibility.
8. Amendments and Termination
We may modify the terms of this Agreement when necessary. If you continue to use the Service after changes take effect, you are deemed to have accepted the amended Agreement.
