Terms of Use

1. Scope and Operator

This Agreement is a legal contract between you and Shanghai Qiji Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") regarding your use, as an individual, of the Gymker Coach App ("the App"). Please read all terms carefully before registering or using it.

This Agreement covers your use of the App only. Two other documents apply separately:

• How your personal information is handled → Staff & Coach Privacy Notice, which covers accounts created by the studio, microphone and meeting-recording usage, and the studio's disclosure obligations;
• The relationship between studio / brand customers (the paying party) and us → Studio Terms of Service, including the data-processing addendum.

2. Service Scope

The App is the coach-facing workspace of a studio management system. You can manage your own schedule, your students, class check-ins and deductions, your performance and commission, member profiles and body assessments, training programs and nutrition logs, and use AI assistance (program generation, data interpretation, voice input, and — where the studio has enabled it — meeting summaries).

What you can see and do is determined by your studio's configuration and your role; some capabilities also depend on the edition the studio has purchased. We continuously improve the App and may add, modify, or discontinue features.

3. Account and Security

3.1 Accounts are not self-registered. If you are employed by a studio, your account is created by the studio entering your phone number in its admin console; if you are an independent coach, a personal brand is provisioned for you on first login. Accounts are identified by phone number.

3.2 Only you can set your password. The studio registers only your phone number; neither the studio nor we can view or change your password.

3.3 All activity performed through your account is treated as your own. If you believe your account has been used by someone else, contact your studio or us (Section 8) promptly.

4. Code of Conduct

You may not, while using the Service:

• Violate national laws or regulations, or publish or transmit harmful content;
• Maliciously interfere with the Service or attempt to intrude into the database;
• Use another user's account information without authorization;
• Use the Service for illegal commercial activity.

5. Privacy

Your personal information is handled per the Staff & Coach Privacy Notice; please read it before using the App.

One point worth stating plainly: for the member and staff information recorded in the system, the studio is the personal information handler (it decides what to record, who follows up, and how long to keep it), and we act as its entrusted technical service provider, processing data on the studio's instructions — not for our own purposes, never sold or rented, never used to train models.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, technology, interface design, logos, and other intellectual property contained in the Service belong to the Gymker operator or its licensors. No individual or organization may reproduce or modify them without authorization.

7. Disclaimer

7.1 We are exempt from liability, to the extent permitted by law, for service interruption or loss caused by force majeure, technical faults, or network issues.

7.2 You are responsible for your own safety and that of your students during training. Accidents caused by improper actions or pre-existing health conditions are borne by the responsible party.

7.3 AI output in the App is assistive, not professional advice. Generated training programs, data interpretations, meeting summaries and voice transcriptions may be wrong; whether and how to act on them is for you and the studio to judge, and health-related output is not a medical diagnosis.

8. Amendments and Termination

We may modify the terms of this Agreement when necessary. If you continue to use the Service after changes take effect, you are deemed to have accepted the amended Agreement.
